Aquaculture: Farming the Waters
In addition to meeting Canadians who are farming everything from seafood to seaweed, visitors can test their knowledge of how much feed various animals—including fish—require, learn where seaweed lurks in common household items, and see if they can raise a salmon from egg to adult.
A discovery cart with hands-on activities further enriches the experience. In addition, a downloadable guided tour makes the exhibition accessible for visually impaired visitors, while adding layers of fun, fishy facts for everyone.
