Ticket usage
The ticket holder acknowledges all risks incidental to any activity or event for which this ticket is issued, and agrees to assume all such risks, and to hold Ingenium harmless with respect to any damage or loss resulting therefrom. All ticket sales are final. Ingenium reserves the right to refuse admission by refunding the price appearing on this ticket and/or to expel from the premises any person whose presence or conduct is deemed by Ingenium to be inappropriate or objectionable. Expulsion cancels this ticket and the holder thereupon forfeits all claims, including any claim to a refund of the ticket price.
Persons possessing alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, dangerous objects, certain cameras, recording devices, clothes not being worn and bags or containers of any kind, may, in the discretion of Ingenium, be excluded from the premises. The ticket holder consents to a reasonable examination of their personal effects to ensure compliance. Tickets deemed lost, stolen or counterfeit will not be honoured. The ticket may not be re-sold or offered for resale. The ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion or any other trade purposes.
Note:
Tickets are uniquely numbered for verification and logging at time of entry. Any attempt to gain a second entry with a reprinted or copied ticket will be rejected.
Currency
All prices will be in Canadian dollars.
Order confirmation
If you do not receive an order confirmation (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Ingenium whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Ingenium will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation. We can be contacted via email at admission@ingeniumcanada.org.
Refunds and exchanges
No refunds or exchanges are permitted. Before completing the purchase, carefully review your order. Ingenium will not issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been completed.
Shipping
