Girls Take Flight

The Girls Take Flight is returning to the museum!
Organized by the Eastern Chapter of the Ninety-Nines, an international organization of women pilots, with support from the Rockcliffe Flying Club, this event offers free flights to girls and women to inspire interest in aviation. Flights run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and visitors are welcome to watch takeoffs from the museum’s outdoor Observation Deck, located near the Avro Arrow display.
If you are interested in participating in a flight, registration must be completed in advance through the Ninety-Nines’ website; no onsite registration will be available.
The rain date for this event is Sunday, September 7, 2025.
