Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) of 35% whipping cream
- 375 ml (1 ½ cups) of 2% milk
- 250 ml (1 cup) of pumpkin purée
- 125 ml (½ cup) of sugar
- 5 ml (1 tsp) of vanilla extract
- 5 ml (1 tsp) of ground cinnamon
- A dash of ground cloves
Preparation
- Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour the mixture in the ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Serve with Halloween sprinkles if desired.
