Maple Raspberry Smoothie

A bright, refreshing smoothie bursting with tart raspberries and naturally sweetened with pure maple syrup.

Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) frozen raspberries
- 1 cup (250 mL) plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) maple syrup
- 1 cup (250 mL) orange juice
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients to a blender, taking care to seal the lid tightly.
- Blend on a high speed for a few minutes, until fully blended and smooth.
- Pour into your favourite glass and serve.
- Enjoy!
