Maple Raspberry Smoothie

A bright, refreshing smoothie bursting with tart raspberries and naturally sweetened with pure maple syrup.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup (250 mL) plain yogurt
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) maple syrup
  • 1 cup (250 mL) orange juice

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender, taking care to seal the lid tightly.
  2. Blend on a high speed for a few minutes, until fully blended and smooth.
  3. Pour into your favourite glass and serve.
  4. Enjoy!
