85th anniversary of the Battle of Britain
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Join us for a special ceremony and parade marking the 85th anniversary of the Battle of Britain.
Between July and October 1940, more than 100 Canadians took to the skies in one of the most pivotal air battles of the Second World War. Twenty-three of them made the ultimate sacrifice. This commemorative event is an opportunity to honour their courage and pay tribute to all who served. Visitors are warmly invited to show their appreciation to veterans and members of the Royal Canadian Air Force on this meaningful day.
